Our Services

Fine gold strands drawing together across a deep navy field
Open-ended schemes

Mutual Funds

Equity, debt and hybrid schemes across fund houses — daily-priced, redeemable, and regulated end to end. This is the core of most portfolios we work on. We handle selection, execution and the paperwork, and we measure overlap between schemes before anything new is added, so you end up owning businesses rather than duplicates.

Portfolio Management Services

PMS

A SEBI-registered portfolio manager runs a concentrated portfolio in your own name, with the securities held in your own demat account rather than pooled with anyone else's. The minimum investment is ₹50 lakh, set by regulation. Fees are higher than mutual funds and the horizon is longer — we will walk you through both before anything is signed.

Real Estate Investment Trusts

REITs

Listed trusts holding income-producing commercial property — offices, malls, warehouses — traded on the exchange like any other unit. They give you exposure to institutional-grade real estate without the ticket size, the illiquidity or the tenancy paperwork of owning a building outright.

Alternative Investment Funds

AIF

Privately pooled vehicles registered with SEBI under Categories I, II and III — covering private credit, private equity, venture and long-short strategies. The minimum commitment is ₹1 crore. Capital is often drawn down over several years and cannot be redeemed on demand, so these sit alongside a portfolio rather than forming one.

Planning with a date attached

Goal Based Solutions

An investment with no stated purpose is hard to review, because there is nothing to review it against. Each of these ties a portfolio to a specific goal, a date and a rupee figure — so when markets move, the question becomes whether the goal is still on track, rather than whether the number went up this quarter.

Term & health cover

Insurance

Term cover replaces your income if you are not there. Health cover meets the bills while you are.

Term insurance is the plainest form of life cover: a fixed sum assured for a fixed period, no maturity value, and therefore the most cover per rupee of premium. Health insurance meets hospitalisation costs against a sum insured — and there the detail decides everything, because waiting periods on pre-existing conditions, room-rent caps, co-payment clauses and the list of day-care procedures vary sharply between policies that look identical on price alone.
